Yes — every visit at La Clé begins with a consultation with Dr. Hadi. It's not a formality; it's the foundation of your treatment plan. Dr. Hadi will assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals, and recommend only what actually makes sense for you. The consultation fee is $250 and is waived if you're treated the same day.

You don't have to figure that out before you arrive. During your consultation, Dr. Hadi will assess your skin, facial structure, and aesthetic goals, then guide you toward the right options — whether that's Neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, Biostimulators (Sculptra), or a combination. There's no pressure and no one-size-fits-all protocol.

That concern is exactly why we start with less. Dr. Hadi takes a conservative approach by design — small doses, placed precisely, with the goal of refreshing your appearance without changing your face. We'd rather you come back for a touch-up than leave looking unlike yourself.

Every treatment at La Clé is performed by Dr. Hadi Krayem, MD — not delegated to a technician or aesthetician. We take time with consultations, we say no when a treatment isn't appropriate, and we prioritize your long-term skin health over selling sessions. We're a small, focused clinic in Old Montréal, and that's intentional.

It depends on the treatment. Neuromodulators (Botox) typically last 3–4 months. Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers last 6–18 months depending on the area and product. Biostimulators (Sculptra) — a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) injectable — stimulate collagen over time and can last up to 2 years. Energy-based treatments like Morpheus8 and IPL deepen over weeks and may require a series. Dr. Hadi will set realistic expectations at your consultation.

All products used at La Clé — including Botox®, Dysport®, Nuceiva®, Xeomin®, Sculptra®, and our hyaluronic acid (HA) filler line — are Health Canada approved and physician-grade. Dr. Hadi follows evidence-based injection protocols and has a thorough understanding of facial anatomy. Your safety is never secondary to speed or volume.

Most injectable and energy-based aesthetic treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Certain medications — including blood thinners and some supplements — may affect your candidacy or require a waiting period. Please disclose your full medical history at your consultation so Dr. Hadi can assess safely.

Pricing varies by treatment and the number of units or syringes used — final cost is confirmed at your consultation. Neuromodulators start from $12/unit, dermal fillers from $650/syringe, and Biostimulators from $850/vial. A medical consultation fee of $250 applies and is waived if you're treated the same day. Dr. Hadi Krayem is a licensed physician (MD) registered with the Collège des médecins du Québec. He completed advanced training in aesthetic medicine and facial anatomy, and performs all treatments personally — no delegation to non-physician staff. La Clé is a physician-owned and physician-operated clinic.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. If you're running late, please let us know — we'll do our best to accommodate.
